Soccerkids MBSA, AB Tunas Lagenda, Akademi Bolasepak MBPJ, Bintang Biru Assumption FC, CIMB-YFA Bintang Muda, Jasmine Junior Football Club, JR Kids Perak Soccer Academy, 8.Kelab Bolasepak Remaja Bersatu (KBRB), Kelab Nuri, MBJ United, PKNS FC, PNSB FC, Proficient Football Academy, Red Giant Kids, Royal Selangor Club (RSC), Kuala Lumpur Youth Soccer (KLYS).
Division 2: Eagle Premier Football Academy, Astaka FC, Fireball Academy, GEN Pro, Glenmarie United, Kelab Bolasepak Ampang Jaya, KB Anak Kalumpang, Kelab Bolasepak Remaja Harimau Klang, Lestari Junior FC, Mahkota FA, My Kids Soccer, Ombak FC, Permai FC, PFKA Batu Caves, Semenyih Putra United, Ulu Kelang Recreation Club (UKRC).
The top eight teams in each division qualify for their respective division's quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals, with the two teams that finish at the bottom of Division Two replaced by new entries for the following season
